Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Residential New Construction Installer to install ductwork, furnaces, air conditioners, and ventilation systems for new home construction projects. This is a hands-on position where attention to detail, pride in your work, and a commitment to quality are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems in new residential homes according to blueprints and specifications.
- Set equipment (furnaces, condensers, air handlers) and complete ductwork installations.
- Perform start-ups on equipment when needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Communicate with builders, supervisors, and team members to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Follow safety protocols and company standards.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (new construction preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC system layout and installation practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Must have your own basic hand tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
