The Role

We're on the hunt for a Collision Center Estimator to join our team and help us provide top-tier service to our customers. In this role you'll be responsible for inspecting vehicles, providing accurate damage assessments, and working closely with both customers and insurance partners to ensure smooth and efficient repairs. What You'll Do

• Inspect and Estimate: Assess vehicle damage and create clear, accurate repair estimates for customers and insurance claims.
• Customer Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for customers. Explain the repair process, answer questions, and keep them informed every step of the way.
• Coordinate with Insurance: Work closely with insurance adjusters to ensure estimates are aligned with coverage and repair standards.
• Collaborate with Team: Work hand-in-hand with our technicians, and the Collision Center Manager to ensure repairs are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Keep it Organized: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of estimates, customer interactions, and repair progress.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all repairs are performed with attention to detail, meeting both our standards and manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience
  • 2-3 years in an automotive collision estimating role (or similar).
  • Familiar with estimating software
• Skills
  • Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and parts.
  • Excellent communication skills - you can break down complex repair details for customers.
  • A detail-oriented and organized multi-tasker.
  • Comfortable with technology, including estimating software and dealership management systems.
