Marketing Specialist

We're seeking a hands-on Marketing Specialist to support a Workforce Development based Marketing team during a temporary leave. This is a part-time (20 hrs/week), hybrid role based in Southfield, MI with an ASAP start (early-mid July preferred) and potential to extend. Candidates must be local to the Detroit Metro to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit engaging, on-brand content across email, social, web, and campaigns
• Manage content calendars and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns
• Track performance metrics and recommend improvements
• Support development of marketing assets including digital content, collateral, and presentations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B marketing environments
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and/or Pardot
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, digital advertising, and lead generation strategies
• Ability to ramp up quickly and work independently in a fast-paced setting

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
