OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Flint, MI by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Haul nationwide dry-van freight while representing HMD Trucking in Flint, MI. As an OTR solo CDL-A driver you’ll work in trucks under 3 years old equipped with APUs, inverters and sleepers, averaging about 2,500 miles weekly.

Primary responsibilities:

• Safely deliver dry-van loads, maintain logs and meet delivery schedules.
• Complete pre/post-trip inspections and engage with in-house maintenance when needed.
• Coordinate with dispatch and adhere to hours-of-service and company policies.

Qualifications & compensation:

• Must hold a CDL-A and have at least 12 months of verifiable experience. Pay begins at 65 CPM with safety, inspection and referral bonuses, routine home time every two weeks, and benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k).
