Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and waste across production lines.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement through training and mentorship.
• Manage and execute CI projects from initiation to successful completion.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure improvement impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization.
• Standardize best practices and ensure their sustained application.

Recommended Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis tools
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills, with experience coaching and mentoring teams

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with Theory of Constraints (TOC) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience integrating Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI) into continuous improvement initiatives.
