Adecco, in partnership with Tennant Company, is actively seeking a dedicated Rotomold Operator to join their team in Holland, MI. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, start-up, shut down, and maintain rotational molding equipment to ensure peak performance.

• Perform routine mold maintenance tasks, including soda blasting, polishing, power washing, and latch adjustments.

• Conduct thorough quality inspections, including dimensional measurements and visual assessments, to ensure product excellence.

• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues efficiently to reduce downtime and sustain production flow.

• Support continuous process improvements and uphold a safe, clean, and productive work environment.

• Assist in material handling, part finishing, and adhering to production schedules.

• Train new team members and collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and team members to resolve issues and enhance process quality.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• At least 2 years of experience in rotational or injection molding environments, demonstrating operation and maintenance skills.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of mold and tool maintenance procedures.

• Experience in quality control, including dimensional and visual inspections.

• Ability to work independently, following detailed instructions in a fast-paced environment.

• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and maintaining a high level of safety awareness.

Pay Details: $20.50 to $21.80 per hour
