Wabeek Club is a prestigious private golf and social club renowned for its luxurious amenities and exceptional hospitality. Located in beautiful Bloomfield Hills, MI, this modern, renovated club offers members an elevated experience year-round.

W Café is a seeking a manager with restaurant experience to lead daily front-of-house operations for our quick service items while delivering an elevated, consistent member experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance service execution, team accountability, and operational awareness in a luxury club setting.

• Salary: Up to $65,000 annually (based on experience)
• Schedule: Daylight hours; 50 hour min per week; schedule will fluctuate based on weather and club needs; weekends, and holidays required
• Hours : 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Location: Wabeek Country Club 4000 Clubgate Dr, Bloomfield Twp, MI

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day café front-of-house operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for members in the café space.
• Manage, coach, and hold FOH staff accountable (servers, bartenders, support staff).
• Drive service standards that align with a private club experience.
• Adjust staffing and operations based on weather-driven volume shifts.
• Oversee scheduling, labor control, and daily execution.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health standards.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve issues, and accommodate special requests.
• Support food and beverage ordering, inventory awareness, and cost control.
• Assist with café-related events and club activations.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of FOH management experience (private club experience preferred).
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage in real time.
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, and high-volume service.
• Flexibility to work a demanding, variable schedule.
• Professional communication skills with both members and team.
