Salary Range: $53,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Whitehall seeking Office Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and mail for administrative and production areas.
- Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and vendor services for the manufacturing plant.
- Provide administrative support for HR functions, including new employee onboarding and record-keeping.
- Assist with financial administration, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
- Maintain organized filing systems for company records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Oversee reception duties, visitor logs, and site access procedures for security and efficiency.
- Act as a liaison for IT support, coordinating basic technical assistance for office and production systems.
Recommended Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in office management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to manage office budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with health and safety protocols and compliance relevant to manufacturing operations.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ERP or manufacturing-specific software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols and regulations (e.g., OSHA).
- Experience supporting a diverse workforce in a production or industrial environment.
- Basic understanding of supply chain or inventory management principles.
