Salary Range: $52,000 - $74,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Wyoming that are seeking Bookkeepers. Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable, including supplier invoices for raw materials and production expenses.
• Manage accounts receivable, invoicing customers for manufactured goods and tracking payments.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries.
• Assist with payroll processing and related tax filings for manufacturing staff.
• Track and reconcile inventory-related transactions and costs.
• Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP B1) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
• Familiarity with inventory costing, job costing, and manufacturing financial processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and data entry.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems common in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Basic understanding of cost accounting principles and their application in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with inventory management processes and valuation.
