Senior consultant bank validation
Job Description
As a Senior Consultant on Oracle Health's Blood Bank Validation team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our client's Blood Bank solution. Your primary responsibilities will include writing, executing, and auditing validation test scripts within client domains, as well as aggregating data from client domains to support validation reviews. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who excels at both independent and collaborative work. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback in a professional manner. Success in this role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a commitment to supporting our clients' needs in a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities

Creates and assists in the documentation of client Blood Establishment Computer Software validations.

Executes manual, exploratory and automated test scripts.

Logs, tracks, troubleshoots and escalates (when necessary) issues identified during testing.

Maintains testing evidence for each test as proof of validation.

Performs quality assurance audits of validation documentation.

Mentors and trains new associates in the testing community.

Designs and writes complex multi-workflow test scripts.
Required:

Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft applications

Ability to perform routine tasks with great attention to detail

Ability to give and receive feedback in a professional manner

Ability to work autonomously in a group setting

Experience in a healthcare or clinical laboratory setting

VBA, SQL, coding experience

US: Hiring Range in USD from $25.48 to $60.63 per hour; from: $53,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
