- Review Spanish-language interpretation and translation assignments for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Conduct quality audits on Spanish linguists performance (OPI, VRI, ASL support, and document translation).
- Verify consistency with USCIS glossaries, terminology, and style guides.
- Track and document Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence.
- Provide feedback to linguists and support corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the QC & Security Manager (FSO) to prepare audit reports for COR.
- Assist in developing quality metrics and continuous improvement plans.
- Bachelors degree in Linguistics, Spanish, Translation/Interpretation, or related field (preferred).
- Fluent in Spanish and English (native or near-native proficiency required).
- 2+ years of quality assurance or interpreting/translation experience (immigration, legal, or federal contracts preferred).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 / ISO 17100 quality frameworks.
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident eligible for Tier 3/Tier 5 federal clearance.
- Competitive pay: $1926/hour ($39K$54K annually).
