2nd shift opportunity: 3:45 PM – 11:45 PM
Competitive hourly rate: $16–$17/hour
Contract-to-hire opportunity based on attendance, performance, and business needs
Opportunity to gain hands-on quality experience in a manufacturing environment
Team-oriented and supportive work environment
Inspect incoming materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
Perform visual and dimensional inspections using basic measurement tools
Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Document inspection results and report non-conforming materials
Work closely with production teams to address quality concerns
Maintain accurate records and follow quality procedures
Ensure work area remains clean, organized, and safe
Previous quality inspection in the Plastics industry preferred
Ability to use basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Comfortable reading blueprints and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Good communication and documentation skills
