We are seeking a dedicated Part Time Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including shipping and receiving activities.
• Oversee inventory management and control to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and manage relationships.
• Utilize transportation management systems to plan and execute transportation strategies.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for process improvement within the supply chain.
• Analyze data related to logistics performance, utilizing tools such as SQL and Tableau.
• Support demand planning efforts by providing insights into inventory levels and freight costs.
• Assist in the implementation of warehouse management systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in materials handling.

Skills

• Proficiency in supply chain management principles and practices.
• Strong experience with warehouse distribution processes and inventory control techniques.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, including sourcing and vendor management.
• Excellent negotiation skills for effective contract management.
• Knowledge of transportation planning, freight operations, and third-party logistics (3PL).
• Ability to perform data analysis using SQL, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as AS400 or MRP software.
