Salary Range: $132,000 - $183,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct overall plant operations to achieve production, quality, and cost objectives.
• Manage the P&L, develop budgets, and ensure financial performance targets are met.
• Formulate and execute strategic plans to drive growth and operational excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction with product delivery.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and managing all aspects of a manufacturing facility.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L responsibility, budgeting, and cost control.
• Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive operational excellence and profitability.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent expertise in continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience leading successful digital transformation or Industry 4.0 initiatives in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to global supply chains or customer markets.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing sustainability or ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) programs.
• Proven track record in supply chain resilience and risk management strategies.
