Social Media Specialist
- Lead campaign development by creating high-impact briefs for paid social initiatives and collaborating with agency partners to optimize performance.
- Spearhead community management and social care, acting as the critical liaison between Corporate Communications and Customer Service teams.
- Execute in-house paid social placements across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and TikTok, managing everything from objective selection and targeting to UTM tagging.
- Utilize social listening tools and Boolean searches to monitor trends, sentiment, and volume, flagging emerging issues for rapid response.
- Analyze data and KPIs to deliver comprehensive performance reports that showcase ROI and audience growth to internal business partners.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, or corporate communications.
- Proficiency in enterprise Customer Experience Platforms such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
- Hands-on experience launching and optimizing paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and TikTok.
- Strong technical skills in Boolean search logic for social listening and advanced proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and Teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with exceptional writing and editing capabilities.
- Long-term stability with a contract running through the end of 2026 and the potential for annual extensions.
