Salary Range: $69,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
• Design and procure tooling, fixtures, and equipment to support production needs.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with R&D and Production teams on new product introduction (NPI) and design for manufacturability (DFM).
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and process flowcharts.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and areas for cost reduction.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering field.
• Proven experience in process optimization, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for fixture and tooling design.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and assembly techniques.
• Experience with root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to improve production efficiency.
• Ability to design and implement new manufacturing processes, equipment, and production layouts.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with robotic programming (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB)
• Proficiency in advanced manufacturing simulation software
• PMP certification or demonstrated experience managing large-scale capital projects
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation or optimization
