Sales Director – Assisted Living at Allegria Village

Are you a strategic, relationship-driven sales professional with deep ties in the senior living industry? We’re looking for a Sales Director to lead census growth for our Assisted Living community on the campus of Allegria Village—a vibrant senior living community in Dearborn, MI, offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing, all on one campus.

What You’ll Do

As the Sales Director, you’ll be the face of our Assisted Living community—building trusted relationships with:

  • Adult children of prospective residents

  • Seniors exploring assisted living options

  • Local referral sources and healthcare professionals

You’ll manage all phases of the sales process, from generating leads to touring families to completing move-in paperwork—keeping a steady focus on census goals for our Assisted Living neighborhood.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a targeted sales and outreach strategy focused on building Assisted Living occupancy

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and industry professionals

  • Generate leads through external marketing efforts (1–2 days/week) and community events

  • Conduct tours, deliver presentations, and guide families through the decision-making process

  • Maintain and expand community visibility through social media and public relations

  • Plan and host marketing events, attend trade shows, and represent Allegria Village at networking events

  • Track leads, conversions, and sales activity with regular reporting to the Administrator

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and welcoming move-in experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience in senior living or senior care

  • Strong network and existing relationships within the senior living or healthcare community

  • Proven track record of driving census and managing the full sales cycle

  • Confident, compassionate communicator who builds trust and follows through

  • Skilled in event planning, referral development, and community outreach

  • Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms
