Material Handler - 1st or 3rd Shift -17.50/hr+ - Brighton, MI

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a consistent flow of materials, components, and packaging to and from molding machines to avoid production delays
• Track material movement and production flow using Pro_Scan and Pro_View systems
• Restock and stage materials based on production schedules
• Set up dryers per manufacturer specifications and assist with mold changes
• Mix regrind and dye into virgin materials as needed
• Label equipment and document material usage
• Break down production cells once runs are complete

Qualifications/Skills:

• MUST have strong prior experience in plastic injection molding—this is not an entry-level role
• Deep understanding of plastics and resin
• Proficiency with Pro_Scan and Pro_View is required
• Ability to stay on your feet and perform physically active tasks throughout the shift
• Must be comfortable working in a classic manufacturing environment (hot, loud, fast-paced)
• This is not a sit-down forklift position—you’ll be hands-on with materials throughout the day
