Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test electrical control systems for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex electrical and automation issues on production lines to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., NEC, OSHA).
• Manage and execute electrical aspects of capital projects, from specification and procurement to installation and commissioning.
• Develop and maintain accurate electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance electrical system reliability, efficiency, and safety.
• Provide technical expertise and training to maintenance technicians and production staff on electrical systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Demonstrated experience with industrial control systems, instrumentation, and motor control (VFDs, servo drives).
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for complex electrical systems and machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E, NEC) and machine safety principles.
• Experience in electrical system design, schematic generation (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical), and process improvement projects.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens).
• Experience with industrial automation and control systems (SCADA, HMI).
• Familiarity with industrial network protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
• Lean Six Sigma certification or experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in CAD software for electrical design (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical).
