Salary Range: $71,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Ensure products meet specified quality standards and customer requirements.
• Manage the investigation and resolution of non-conforming materials and products.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures and inspection plans.
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and drive corrective actions.
• Provide training and development for quality team members.
• Monitor key quality performance indicators and report on trends.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Proficiency with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949), statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis tools.
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and implement corrective actions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively train, mentor, and motivate a quality team.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace, automotive)
• ASQ certification (e.g., CQE, CQA, CSSBB)
• Proficiency with statistical process control (SPC) software or other quality management systems (QMS)
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and tools
