Automotive Quick Lube Technician
Job Summary: Serra Rochester Hills is seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Quick Lube Technician to join our team in Rochester Hills, Michigan. This is a full-time hourly position in the fast-paced auto industry. As a Quick Lube Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and effective service to our customers. This is an individual contributor role where you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and basic repairs on vehicles. - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements on vehicles
- Complete basic repairs such as battery replacements, brake pad replacements, and fluid flushes
- Document all work performed using our electronic systems
- Communicate with Service Advisors and customers regarding any additional services needed
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
- Continuously improve skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development programs
- Assist with other duties as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience as an Automotive Quick Lube Technician preferred
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
