Hourly Rate: $35-$37

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mailroom and Print Services Supervisor to oversee daily mailroom operations and print production services for multiple locations. This role involves managing staff, coordinating mail and print workflows, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with postal regulations and labor agreements. The ideal candidate will lead union-represented employees, support bulk mailings, and maintain equipment and supply management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily mailroom operations, including incoming and outgoing USPS, courier, and interoffice mail
• Coordinate mail deliveries and pickups at multiple local locations and post offices
• Manage USPS postage accounts, including recalls, payments, and PO Box rentals
• Oversee maintenance, scheduling, and use of assigned company vehicles
• Ensure compliance with postal regulations and internal policies
• Maintain mailroom equipment, supplies, and relationships with vendors
• Support bulk mailings and special delivery requirements
• Supervise print production services, including copying, scanning, and finishing for headquarters and branch locations
• Coordinate fulfillment of departmental print requests to ensure quality and timeliness
• Administer equipment leases, maintenance, and vendor management for print-related equipment
• Update online print shop platforms to maintain competitive service offerings
• Supervise and schedule union-represented employees, manage timekeeping and attendance, and handle payroll submissions
• Lead regular team meetings, provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and address workplace concerns per labor agreements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (preferably in business or related field)
• 3-5 years of experience in mailroom, print services, or related operational roles
• Experience supervising unionized staff strongly preferred
