Weekend Maintenance Technician (3-Day Work Week!)

Work only Friday, Saturday & Sunday – 36 hours per week

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and machinery

• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime

• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues

• Replace worn or damaged machine components

• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns

• Help improve equipment reliability and efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Experience repairing, maintaining, or troubleshooting machinery or equipment (professional or personal experience welcomed)

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely

• Someone who enjoys solving mechanical problems

• A dependable work history with longevity—we're looking for candidates who typically stay with employers 2+ years

Great Fit If You Have Experience In:

• Manufacturing maintenance

• Automotive or diesel repair

• Industrial maintenance

• Machine repair

• Construction equipment

• Farming or agricultural equipment

• Military mechanical experience

• HVAC, electrical, welding, or millwright backgrounds
