Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all facility maintenance operations, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for infrastructure and production support systems.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and building regulations specific to manufacturing operations.
• Develop, implement, and manage the annual facilities budget, controlling operational costs and capital expenditures.
• Select, negotiate with, and manage external vendors and contractors for facility services, repairs, and projects.
• Lead and manage facility-related capital projects, such as expansions, renovations, and equipment installations, from planning to completion.
• Optimize utility consumption and manage energy efficiency initiatives across the manufacturing plant.
• Implement and manage a robust asset management program for facility infrastructure and critical plant equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in facilities management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial HVAC, electrical, plumbing, CMMS, and building automation systems.
• Demonstrated experience with budget management, capital projects, and vendor contract negotiation.
• In-depth understanding of EHS regulations, OSHA, and compliance standards specific to manufacturing operations.
• Ability to lead and develop facilities teams, ensuring operational efficiency and critical infrastructure uptime.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification or experience
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with advanced CMMS/BMS implementation or optimization
• OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent advanced safety training
