Salary Range: $108,000 - $156,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and waste reduction.
• Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation and on-time delivery.
• Implement and enforce robust quality control standards and safety protocols across all operations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, train, and mentor production teams, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.
• Manage operational budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for financial improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing production teams.
• Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, and supply chain principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies, automation, or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
