Salary Range: $89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop floor operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely.
• Manage, train, and motivate production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures throughout the manufacturing process.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with procurement and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety audits.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and waste.
• Manage the maintenance and upkeep of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize production processes and product quality.

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent operational and process improvement skills, including lean manufacturing principles.

• Proficiency in inventory management, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Experience with production planning and scheduling to meet output targets.
