Cross-Functional Leadership & Impact
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality user experiences.
Mentor and influence engineers across teams, driving adoption of shared systems and frontend excellence.
Lead cross-team initiatives that modernize the frontend stack and improve product delivery velocity.

Expert-level proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, React , and modern front-end architectures.
Demonstrated experience building or leading design systems , component libraries, or UI platforms used across multiple product teams.
Strong knowledge of performance optimization , accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
Deep familiarity with frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, Turborepo, ESLint, Storybook) and testing frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Jest, RTL).
Proven ability to lead technical direction, mentor senior engineers, and drive adoption of standards.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in high-scale, low-latency, or real-time UI environments.
Strong understanding of design workflows using Figma and design-to-code alignment.
Experience with monorepos, shared library versioning, and package architecture.
