We’re Hiring: Title Clearance Specialist / Pre-Processor

Vital Title is looking to hire a full-time experienced Title Clearance Specialist/ Pre-Processor to join our team! At Vital Title, we pride ourselves on providing boutique, white-glove service to our customers. As a family-owned title agency, we treat our staff, customers, and affiliates as family too.
What You’ll Do:
- Review title commitments and identify requirements
- Clear liens, judgments, and encumbrances
- Order and review payoffs, discharges, and HOA documents
- Verify ownership, vesting, and legal descriptions
- Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, real estate agents, and underwriters
- Prepare files to ensure they are clear and ready for the escrow officer to complete the file
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous title processing or clearance experience required (1 year)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of title software and standard title procedures
- NOTE: This is a full time, in-office position. There are no remote/hybrid positions available
