Salary Range: $88,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance and skill development.
• Develop, implement, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Oversee all reactive maintenance activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution of equipment breakdowns.
• Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory, external services, and capital expenditure requests.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies within maintenance operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency, reduce costs, and extend asset life cycles.
• Collaborate with production management to minimize operational disruptions due to maintenance activities.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related technical field).
• Strong proficiency with CMMS software and experience implementing preventative/predictive maintenance programs (TPM, RCM).
• In-depth knowledge of industrial electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing, training, and developing a team of maintenance technicians.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency with advanced CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo)
• Familiarity with PLC programming or industrial automation systems
• Experience managing capital improvement projects related to facility or equipment upgrades
