Salary Range: $39,000 - $62,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections according to specifications.
• Conduct dimensional, visual, and functional testing of components and finished goods.
• Document inspection results, non-conformances, and quality data accurately.
• Identify and report non-conforming materials, assisting with root cause analysis and disposition.
• Assist in the calibration, maintenance, and verification of inspection and test equipment.
• Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality management system (QMS) procedures and industry standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree or technical certification in a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing quality control or inspection role.
• Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), SPC, and root cause analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean/Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification
• Experience with CMM programming or advanced metrology equipment
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab)
• Internal auditing experience or certification (e.g., ISO 9001)
