Morocco Expert - Cross-Cultural Trainer in Zeeland, MI
Global LT provides scalable language training, cultural competence workshops, expatriate relocation support, and custom-built learning experiences. We are hiring an experienced Cross-Cultural Trainer to facilitate cross-cultural training sessions about Morocco for our client's employees.
Job Information:- In-person cross-cultural training sessions for 4 groups of 25 employees
- One day of training per group, 4 to 8 hours each group
- A specific schedule is yet to be confirmed; start date projected by the end of August
- Support sessions of 2 - 4 hours after first training
- Deep cross-cultural training for employees who will be expatriated in Morocco
- Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging sessions
- Delivering personalized programs that address business, social, and the skills needed to achieve cultural competence
- Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of the cultural adjustment cycle and adaptation
- Previous experience in providing cross-cultural training related to Morocco
- Trainers have either a degree in Intercultural Communication or be certified in Intercultural Studies or related fields
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to tailor programs based on client's needs assessment
- Expertise in business, international management, global leadership development, or other related fields is preferred
