Experience and Skills Required: Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable) 2+ years (preferred 5+) direct, hands-on engine or hybrid calibration experience (drivability, emissions, or OBD). Strong proficiency in calibration tools and data analysis (e.g., ETAS INCA, ATI Vision, MATLAB/Simulink). Proven experience conducting on-road and test-cell calibration work (not only simulation or HIL).

Preferred: Preferred Skills Hybrid/electrified powertrain calibration experience. Knowledge of EPA/CARB/OBD regulatory certification processes. Experience with functional safety, fuel economy, and diagnostics calibration. Familiarity with issue resolution across vehicle test sites (hot, cold, altitude).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.

Additional Information: Background is primarily in transmission calibration, diesel calibration, validation/test engineering, battery systems, or HIL/simulation only. Experience is entry-level/associate or focused only on adjacent roles (diagnostics, validation, or simulation without calibration delivery). Experience is supervisory/management heavy without recent hands-on calibration engineering
