Marketing Manager/Admissions Coordinator
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
- Analysis of current market conditions and competitor information
- Develop and implement marketing plans
- Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
- Monitor, review and report an all marketing activity and results
- Manage the marketing budget
- Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
- Develop pricing strategy
- Maintain price sheets and marketing packets for new residents.
- Liaison with media and advertising
- Create and maintain proper levels of all marketing materials, keeping within the marketing budget
- Maintain marketing database with all contacts, referral sources, marketing logs, availability sheets and in-person visits
- Develop and maintain relationships for referral sources and new business
- Responsible for all correspondence and communication to potential clients including: inquiry calls, tours and all follow-up letters, e-mails and phone calls
- Train other employees on inquiry calls and tour protocol for back-up as needed
- Attend and participate in meetings and trainings
- New admission contracts and gathering all state required documentation
- Maintain State required documents
- Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director
