Upgrade your driving career with premium equipment and a predictable schedule. We are hiring professional Class A CDL drivers who want to run hard for 5 days and enjoy 2 days off every week .
Drive comfortably in a modern, well-maintained fleet (2022 and newer) where 90% of our trucks are Kenworth T680 automatics fully equipped with APUs and Inverters. Best of all? You will handle 100% no-touch freight with a high percentage of drop-and-hook.
What We Offer- Great Base Pay: $0.62 to $0.68 CPM (includes $0.16 per diem).
- Sign-On Support: $500 onboarding bonus.
- Monthly Performance Bonuses (First 6 Months):
- Drivers with < 3 years exp: $0.025 CPM
- Drivers with 3+ years exp: $0.05 CPM
- Comprehensive Benefits: Full medical, dental, and vision packages.
- Drop & Hook: 60%
- Detention: $15/hr after 2 hours ($80 max/24 hours)
- Layover & Breakdown: $75 per 24 hours (plus motel expenses covered for breakdowns)
- NYC Incentives: $100 delivery / $60 pickup ( Absolutely no forced dispatch into NYC/5 boroughs )
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Minimum of 6 months of recent Class A driving experience.
- Clean driving record and dedication to safety.
