Compensation:$60,000
Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure their performance adheres to a high standard
- Evaluate and regularly report on guest satisfaction and advise on improvements
- Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menus and appropriate pricing structures
- Monitor and maintain product, supplies, and labor costs
- Oversee all food and beverage department operations: staff supervision, schedule, customer satisfaction, budget, and menu development
- Minimum 5 years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience
- Experience in both à la carte and banquet operations
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control
- Proven ability to lead and train teams in high-volume environments
- Experience with menu development and vendor management
- Familiarity with TOAST POS and inventory systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Hospitality degree or equivalent experience preferred, but not required
