Maintenance Supervisor || Metals Recycling
A privately held Metals Recycling Company seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to manage the maintenance staff and activities. The position will be responsible for leading the maintenance team through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs/breakdowns.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Coordinating, Planning & Delegating Maintenance Tasks
- Parts Procurement & Vendor Management
- Training & Evaluation of New Maintenance Employees
- Collaboration with Operations & Management Teams
- Daily Activity Reporting
- Participation in Planning Meetings & Activities
- Development & Implementation of Maintenance Practices
Qualifications:
- 7+ Years Metals Recycling / Heavy Industrial Maintenance Experience
- 3+ Years Supervisory Experience
- Hands-on Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Experience
- Knowledgeable in Scrap Processing Equipment (Shredders, Balers) & Heavy Mobile Equipment (Material Handlers, Roll-off Trucks, Lift Trucks)
