This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader who is committed to building exceptional teams, supporting families, and creating an environment where children thrive through joyful learning experiences. As Center Director, you'll oversee all aspects of the school's operations while coaching educators, maintaining licensing excellence, driving enrollment growth, and ensuring every family receives an outstanding experience. What You'll Do Leadership & Team Development Recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor a high-performing team of early childhood educators Conduct classroom observations and provide ongoing coaching and professional development Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture built on accountability, teamwork, and excellence Support teacher retention through recognition, engagement, and continuous development Center Operations Oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring a safe, organized, and welcoming environment Maintain full compliance with Michigan childcare licensing regulations and company standards Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll support, and operational procedures Monitor classroom quality and ensure consistent implementation of The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P.
