Light Assembler

Location: Dexter, MI Pay: $17.25/hr

Job Summary

Are you looking for a hands-on, entry-level manufacturing opportunity in a comfortable, climate-controlled environment? We’re seeking Light Assemblers in Dexter, MI to help assemble small engine components. This is a sit-down position that allows employees to focus on quality while enjoying a relaxed work environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Light Assembler , your core responsibilities will include:

• Component Assembly: Assemble lightweight, small engine parts according to specifications.
• Packaging Support: Help package finished products for shipment.
• Plant Assistance: Assist with additional tasks as needed to support production efficiency.
  In addition, you will maintain a clean workspace, follow all safety guidelines, and work closely with your team to meet daily production goals.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing preferred.
• Mechanical inclination and ability to work with small components.
• Critical thinking skills and willingness to learn new tasks.
• Desire to grow and develop skills within a manufacturing environment.

• Attention to Detail: Ensure all assembled components meet quality standards.
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively to maintain production flow.
