Salary Range: $97,000 - $144,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Manage all aspects of procurement, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management for raw materials and components.
• Oversee inventory management across the entire supply chain, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet production demands and minimize carrying costs.
• Coordinate logistics and distribution activities, including inbound material flow and outbound finished goods, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and engineering teams to develop accurate demand forecasts and production plans.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier performance, geopolitical factors, and material shortages.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain to enhance operational performance and reduce waste.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning tools.
• Strong understanding of procurement, inventory optimization, logistics, and demand forecasting.
• Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with specific advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis).
