Salary Range: $70,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for finished goods and raw materials.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to refine forecasts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and production teams to gather demand intelligence.
• Participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, presenting demand plans and insights.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, identifying root causes of significant deviations and implementing corrective actions.
• Utilize demand planning software and statistical models to optimize forecasting processes and improve prediction accuracy.
• Assess the impact of demand plans on inventory levels, production schedules, and customer service.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with a solid understanding of forecasting methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional S&OP processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced statistical modeling or machine learning techniques for forecasting.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or demonstrated experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with global demand planning processes and international market dynamics.
• Prior experience in a sales, marketing, or product management role.
