Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Pay Period: Bi-Weekly

Landscape Season Hourly Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 Per Hour

Landscape Season Max Bonus Availability: 4% ($1,216 - $1,520)

Landscape Season Average Salary Compensation: $31,616 - $39,520

Winter Season Hourly Compensation: $24.00 - $30.00 Per Hour

Winter Season Max Bonus Availability: 4% ($288 - $360)

Winter Season Average Salary Compensation: $7,488 - $9,360

Average Yearly Salary Compensation: $39,104 – 48,880

Reports To: Director of Operations & Field Supervisor

Position Overview

As Lawn Service Team Member , you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the aesthetics of outdoor spaces, such as residential and commercial lawns, gardens, and landscapes. This position involves a combination of manual labor, technical skills, and client interaction.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Mowing lawn to a specific height.
• Edging along sidewalk, driveways, and flower beds.
• Using lawn trimmers to provide detailed work on jobsites.
• Operating and maintaining lawn care equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Performing routine maintenance on equipment to ensure it functions properly.
• Communicating with clients to understand their preferences and address any concerns.
• Provide information on lawn care practices and recommending services.

Work Conditions

• Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, small engine equipment, and materials.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through an entire work shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Requires good manual dexterity.
• Excellent stamina is required.
• Work near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis.
• Work outdoors in various conditions including heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise, snow, and cold.
