We're looking for an enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to help us deliver an exceptional experience from the moment a patient walks through our doors. What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and help them navigate our services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for medical and cosmetic procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and handle insurance verifications. Support smooth front office operations and work closely with the clinical team.

• Are detail-oriented and organized - even under pressure.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Are comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). Work well on a team and take initiative to improve systems.
  

Bonus Points For:

• Prior experience in a dermatology or medical office.
• Familiarity with EZ Derm or similar scheduling/EMR software.
• Phlebotomy, systemic injections or photo treatment experience. Experience working with insurance verifications/eligibilities and prior authorizations.
