Key Responsibilities:

Leading, Guiding, and Growing our Plumbing Division- Experience as Master Plumber

• • Building and leading a high- performance team of plumbers
  • Training, mentoring, and guiding current plumbers and new technicians
• Selling plumbing work on current jobs and new business
• Developing strategy for growing our plumbing business in this market
• Communicating to and training other departments on our plumbing offering and the importance of it

• Skills and Experience we are looking for:

  • Master Plumber License with Experience to go with it
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both external in community and collaborating with teammates
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
