Emerald Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a Test Technician to join its Saline Lectronics team!
The Test Technician must be able to troubleshoot at component-level and repair electronics assemblies as well as work with hand tools, follow procedures, and read assembly drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities of the Test Technician:
- Production Electronic Technician is responsible for operating, troubleshooting and setup, for testing electronic assemblies/sub-assemblies, components, systems, units, and parts, according to established procedures.
- Production Electronic Technician tests electronic products, components and systems for functional and visual acceptance.
- Assists test operators with testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis in an effort to further develop their skills.
- Collects diagnostic information needed to improve manufacturing processes, identify component failures, or design faults.
- Daily activities may also include mechanical assembly, go no-go testing, equipment set up, test fixture maintenance, programming, training, and in line inspection of work performed.
- Works on special projects as assigned.

Qualifications of the Test Technician:
- Associate degree in an electrical/electronic discipline, or comparable trade experience.
- Computer skills in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of various electronic test equipment, such as DMM, oscilloscope, and power supplies.
- X-ray and Flying Probe experience is a plus but not required.
