Regional Sales Manager

Working closely with the Inside Sales Team and Sales Engineering, the RSM will lead the territory strategy for all regional sales needs and will deliver on growth targets for that market. Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet and exceed customers' expectations. Bachelor's degree is preferred and supported by 5+ years of full-time technical and/or carrier sales experience in the public sector arena (state, local government, and education). Demonstrated success in sales in the public sector arena as defined by customer portfolio. Experience with procurement vehicles/contracts specific to NASPO, GSA, and other purchasing vehicles. Relevant strong experience and knowledge in WWAN and telecommunications. Experience in private cellular networks and neutral host preferred. Recent documented experience managing SLED accounts in the defined territory including state agencies/departments, cities, counties, K-12 and higher education institutions. Confident self-starter with integrity and accountability; an exemplary track record of consistent achievement in prior roles.
