Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transfer of new products from design to manufacturing production readiness.
• Collaborate with R&D and Design teams to ensure Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Assembly (DFA).
• Develop, optimize, and document manufacturing processes, work instructions, and process control plans for new products.
• Manage and execute pilot production runs, analyze data, and implement process improvements.
• Specify, procure, and qualify new tooling, fixtures, and equipment required for NPI.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for NPI-related yield and quality issues.
• Train production personnel on new product assembly processes and equipment operation.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in a New Product Introduction (NPI) or Manufacturing Engineering role.
• Demonstrated expertise in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.
• Proven ability to develop, optimize, and document manufacturing processes and assembly instructions.
• Experience with specifying, procuring, and qualifying manufacturing equipment and tooling.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency in advanced simulation software (e.g., FEA, CFD)
• Experience with additive manufacturing or robotics integration
• PMP or other formal project management certification
