**The Opportunity**
This high-profile Manager position reports to the Sr. Director of Strategic Alliances and is perfect for a consultant-minded professional. The Manager will leverage their expertise to distill complex ideas into compelling narratives, conduct in-depth analyses, manage cross-functional teams, and serve as a liaison for new strategies and partnerships. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, adept at juggling multiple projects, and skilled at turning insights into actionable strategies. Preference for this person to work a hybrid schedule out of either the Detroit or Schaumburg office, but open to remote for the right candidate.
**The Work Itself**
* Analyze potential strategic initiatives, blending qualitative and quantitative insights
* Lead cross-functional teams to implement new strategies and onboard partnerships
* Act as the main point of contact for internal and external partners on new products and services
* Liaise between Strategic Alliances and business partners to spot and assess new opportunities
* Shape and drive ongoing strategy, vision, and roadmap
**The Skills You Bring**
* Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred. 7+ years of experience may be used in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
* 5+ years total work experience (insurance, strategy consulting, or corporate strategy experience preferred)
* Managerial experience preferred
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Comfort with ambiguity and thinking outside the box
* Ability to turn insights into clear and digestible storylines for varying audiences
* Self-starter with a high level of accountability
* Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
* Ability to effectively interact and build relationships across the organization
* Ability to travel (limited, as-needed)

An individual's position in the range is determined by the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
