FP&A Manager
Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is seeking a strategic and results-driven FP&A Manager to lead efforts around financial modeling, revenue forecasting, business partnering, and annual and quarterly planning. This role will act as a business partner to our sales leaders and provide operational support in addition to working cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, and other business functions.
This is a full-time position and reports directly to the VP, FP&A/Revenue Operations.
Preferred Location
This is a remote, home-office based role and candidates located in the continental United States will be considered. For this position, there is a preference to hire in Eastern time zone, however candidates in other US time zones that can work Eastern business hours would be considered as well.
Travel Requirements
Expected travel is minimal for this role.
Essential Functions

Create top-line financial and operational models to identify risks/opportunities and enable scenario planning

Lead revenue forecasting and pipeline management efforts, working closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to build connectivity between teams

Assist with annual operating planning and quarterly reforecasts

Partner with sales leaders on key operational and strategic questions and analyses

Ensure data integrity and consistency across pipelines

Design and enforce standardized forecasting cadences and reviews

Leverage data and AI to create dashboards and tools with the goal of providing deeper visibility and enabling better decision making

Work across functions to drive accountability and continuous improvement through automation and process redesign
Education Requirement
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience.
Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills

7+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or similar roles

Strong background in financial modeling, data analytics, and process design and implementation

Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce required

Experience with SaaS, subscription-based, or usage-based business models

Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Preferred Experience, Knowledge and Skills
Experience with AI tools (i.e. Claude).

Salary Disclosure
Dodge Construction Network's compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, uncapped variable incentive plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
