CNC Mill Setup Operator

• Direct Hire $22 to $24 per hour
• Madison Heights, MI
• Days Shift 6AM to 2:30PM
• Overtime as Needed

Job Overview:

• Setup and operate Mazak, Hyundai and/or Mori CNC Mills.
• Perform setups, tool changes and adjustments per machine specs.
• Make 1st piece inspections to prints.
• Adjust speeds, feeds, and depths of cuts to prints.
• Experience with HMI's and performing program edits at the machine helpful.

Required Skills to be considered:

• 3 years of CNC Mill setup and operation
• Ability to program in G and M codes if necessary.
• Ability to read prints.
• Ability to read Mics and Calipers
• Ability to change fixtures and tooling.
