Testing Center Admin

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Testing Center Administrator to join our team in Troy, Michigan. In this contract position, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the testing center by assisting test takers and maintaining a secure and well-managed environment. This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for delivering excellent service. Responsibilities: - Welcome and check in test takers, ensuring proper identification and adherence to security protocols. - Oversee the testing process by proctoring exams, monitoring test-takers, and reviewing camera footage as necessary. - Collect and organize completed exams, ensuring proper handling and confidentiality. - Provide assistance to test takers with any procedural or technical inquiries during their exams. - Maintain accurate records of testing activities, including signatures, fingerprints, and other required documentation. - Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service to test takers and staff. - Ensure the testing center is clean, organized, and equipped with the necessary materials. - Follow all established protocols to maintain a secure and well-managed testing environment. Requirements - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to remain patient and friendly in all interactions. - Previous experience in administrative roles, including data entry and receptionist duties. - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Proficiency in managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Familiarity with basic office equipment and administrative tools. - Flexibility to adapt to procedural changes and maintain professionalism under pressure.
